Job Description:

As a Sales Manager for Supply Chain Finance , you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our supply chain finance solutions to businesses in Pune / Hyderabad regions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and establishing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors.

- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

- Understand clients' supply chain financing needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and present compelling value propositions to clients.

- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting supply chain finance.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or banking.

- Deep understanding of supply chain finance products and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
