Position - Sales Manger - Mortgages

Location - Delhi

Job Description :

- Sourcing Mortgages from DSA based channels. He / She will drive acquisition through tele-caller supported outbound calling, CA/sub-DSA tie-ups, micromarketing activities besides others. He / She will be one point contact for the customer for all mortgage requirements. Job role will require continuous and regular engagement with the service team, product team, credit administration team, credit policy team, cg/cgs acquisition teams, DSA senior managers and team leaders.

- Responsible for disbursal numbers (both Home Loans and Property Power) , new accounts

- Responsible for revenue optimization (via boarding rates, fee realization and driving one sell)

- Providing client solutions – structuring of deals, product fitment, etc

- Manage hiring, on-boarding, regular training and support for team members – sales executives, tele-callers; internal lead origination points

- Responsible for DSA relationship and auditory requirements on an ongoing basis

Candidate Preference :

- Candidate should be sales background & willing to pursue a career in sales.

- Candidates should be from TIER 1 Institute.

- Candidates with Channel Sales exposure will be preferred.
