Sales Head / Sales Manager - B2B
Experience : 4-8 yrs
Educational Background : Post Graduation - Full time MBA from Tier 1 Management Institutes.
Industry : Should be from reputed MNC in FMCG / Telecom / FMCD
Location : Mumbai
Job Responsibilities -
- Manage end to end P&L of a large hub
- Drive offline sales channel
- Responsible for managing day to day operations (quality / service / customer experience).
- Responsible for building long term relationship with suppliers / partners.
- Lead a team of close to 100 people (mix of operations, business development & sales)
Require Skills -
4+ Years or Above relevant experience in sales/business development (with minimum of 3 years in a leadership role)
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situation on ground
- Demonstrates high ethical values
- Proven sales leader with clear focus to drive sales & increase overall revenue
- Ability to hire and manage a team of high key resources
- Sound analytical skills
- Focused and possess sales mind-set
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
