Job Description

This is a requirement with and leading SaaS company. We are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound BDR Manager to lead and build a world-class BDR organization.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Outbound BDR Manager with experience in the North American market. This in-office role, based in Chennai, India, will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing BDR team focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of coaching and developing teams, be well-versed in BDR methodologies, and be comfortable working night shifts to align with the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Building & Leadership: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing outbound BDR team that drives significant pipeline generation and meets or exceeds targets

- Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to BDRs to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed

- Performance Culture: Establish a strong performance-oriented culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and results

- BDR Methodologies: Implement and optimize best-in-class BDR methodologies and processes to ensure efficient and effective outbound prospecting

- Market Expertise: Leverage your experience in the North American market to guide the team in understanding market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes

- Night Shifts: Lead by example by working night shifts to support the BDR team and align with the North American time zone

- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and report on team activities and outcomes to senior management

- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies and goals

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a BDR or sales leadership role, with a focus on the North American market

- Strong track record of building and leading high-performing BDR teams

- Deep understanding of BDR methodologies, processes, and best practices

- Results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets

- Exceptional coaching and team development skills

- Comfortable working night shifts to align with the North American market

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
