Designation: Sales Manager
As a dynamic B2B Sales Manager you will focus in achieving Individual and team targets regarding top-line and portfolio bottom-line as established by company and more specifically for the designated accounts and Territory in North India & South India.You will report to the Head of Sales India and work in close coordination with channel partners in the region to expand the width and depth of RPATech- sreach in the country.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurture customer relationships into high value engagements.
1. Spearhead sales of technology services around RPA, AI & ML
1. Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans.
1. Act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs.
1. Manage, mentor and drive the team and their revenue targets.
1. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements.
1. Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System.
Must have:
1. Should have at least 5 years of experience in selling technology offerings to technology buyers such as CXOs, VP's etc.
1. Should have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies.
1. Should be a passionate hunter motivated to close big ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders.
1. Should be willing to travel to the target geographies for deal closures.
1. Should keep himself/herself abreast of latest technology and business trends in organizational focus areas
