- Plan and oversee ways to achieve company objectives in terms of units sold. Ensure profitability as envisaged in the business plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 7-12 years in residential projects sales or business development.
- Experience in running large teams profitably.
- Established leadership traits and willingness to build teams around him.
- Good understanding of system & processes
- Should be a go getter and a self - starter
