We currently have an opening for Business Manager - Sales with our client, A Real Estate firm.

Below is a JD for the same. We are looking to close on the same asap.

Position : Business Manager - Sales

Location : Reporting in Mumbai. Site in Mumbai and Lonavala

Profile :

- Candidate should have 6 - 10 years of work experience in direct sales to HNI / corporate community

- We are looking to hire candidates either from real estate sales , IPCs or wealth management background

- Great communication and presentation skills is a must. Should be sophisticated, proficient and professional in his / her approach

- Experience in dealing with HNI investors, NRI customers, corporates, MDs, VPs, CEOs and Sr. HR
representatives of top companies

- Looking for someone who has spent minimum of 5 years in real estate sales ; experience with selling 2nd homes / vacation homes is a big positive

- Fast learner, confident approach, quick on their feet and effective communication are all essential traits

- Good broker / channel partner network and experience with getting tie ups in place with banks as well as property marketing companies and other channel partners

- Fully proficient with Microsoft office and ability to effectively put down thoughts in power point presentations etc.

- Basic financial knowledge in terms of returns, ROE, capital appreciation, etc.

Responsibilities :

- Responsibilities will include presenting and selling luxury real estate products to the HNI / NRI community and businessman investors

- Setting up appointments and giving presentations / sale pitches to prospective clients

- Generating leads through effective networking / databases and other initiatives

- Suggesting and implementing good marketing initiatives and other strategies to draw maximum leads within the TG and achieve sale closures

- Organizing events / exhibitions and other promotional activities

- Candidate will become the face of our organization and will be responsible to handle all relations with the
HNI customers right from lead generation / presenting / faciliating site visits / deal closure and follow ups

- Experience with selling vacation homes / 2nd homes is a plus
