Role & Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies to strengthen the company's existing customer base and expand into new markets
- Partner with talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Daily monitoring of team performance.
- Provide coaching to help the team members achieve individual & team objectives
- Generate leads, and meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Prepare monthly and yearly forecast reports.
- Work on sales scripts with team.
- Track, collect and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Ensure individual team members have the necessary resources to perform properly.
