Sales Manager - Real Estate

Job Description:

- Heading a team of Sales Officers & Sr. Sales Officers

- Coaching the Sales Officers & Sr. Sales Officers

- Train, motivate & guide the sales team under him (Sales Officers & Sr. Sales Officers)

- Plan ,Ensure & Review day to day activities in morning / Evening meeting

- Handling the objection of customer

- Negotiation & Closing the deals

- Conduct regular Meetings (Morning & Evening)

- Reach the sales targets

- Submission of daily reports

- Work under the supervision of Coach /Head of sales

- Need to identify Performers/ Non performers –take necessary action

- Updates of Real Estate to be discussed with team
