Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Distribution Channels:
- Cultivate strong relationships with distributors to enhance penetration of PMS products.
- Revitalize dormant channels to boost sales and market presence.
Enhance Product Visibility and Training:
- Increase awareness and visibility of PMS products among distributors.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for internal ICICI AMC RMs and distributors on PMS products.
Innovative Sales Strategies:
- Innovate and implement creative strategies to drive penetration and sales of PMS products.
Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
- Address queries and service issues related to existing PMS products promptly and effectively.
Collaboration and Product Development:
- Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to define product features and user experience.
- Ensure all necessary information is provided to deliver market-ready products.
Additional Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth Initiatives: Devise and execute strategies aimed at revenue growth and market share expansion
