The position will be responsible for heading Sales and Marketing of Plastic tubes which is catered to the Beauty and Fashion Industry. He will be supported by the Regional sales manager of different regions as well as from the Business Development team for the New Product Developments.

- Increasing sales, brand image, market share in plastic tube sector throughout India.

- Developing and implementing the marketing strategies to build customer preference and generate volumes.

- Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares for existing brands and new product launches.

- Creating awareness in the market for new customer acquisition, thus increasing the sales volume by introducing various alternate sales channels/ divisions.

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share.

- Being in close interaction with the customers for new Themes and innovation.

- Analyzing business potential, implementing plans to drive sales and supplementing turnover.

- Maintaining close coordination between production planning, factory and sales team for streamlining operations and working towards product enhancement, as per market trends
