Science Graduate preferably with a post-graduation with excellent communication skills both written and verbal having experience in and responsible for :

- P&L of a vertical

- Establish and achieve an annual sales and profit plan

- Executes the marketing strategy

- Direction and motivation of sales team / distributors to meet agreed Sales targets

- Recruitment, training, supervision of Team

- Preparation, implementation and monitoring of the group business plan

- Forecasts and sales strategies

- Ensure customer satisfaction

- Builds relationships with key customers

- Team Management experience preferably at Pan India Level

- Ability work and ramp up the business, established but still having lot to cover

- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders both in India and Globally

- Ability to work and deliver under pressure.

- Experience in Medical Device, Life Sciences Products or diagnostic Products industry is a must.

- Connect in the relevant industry will be desirable and a big advantage

- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

- Roll down sleeves kind of attitude
