- Sales Manager for a leading German based Packaging company


- We are looking for a sales professional for a leading German based packaging company.

- Please go through the details and share your views and interests if possible.

- Existing key accounts management. Maintain & grow business with existing customers.

- Strategy & Implementation: Define market & product plans, which establish product positioning (or product differentiation strategies) versus competitive products, product development direction, service programs, pricing & margin guidelines, and profitability targets. This includes the development of new markets and/or applications.

- Growing the Business: Define and drive short and mid-term product plans and longer-term product roadmaps and end-use customer programs.

- Product Launches & Support: Conduct competitive product assessments based on industry trends.

- Product Portfolio & Inventory: Manage the regional product portfolio to ensure that the right inventory and/or products are manufactured at the plant.

- Measurement and Analysis: Assess current revenue performance and monitor product profitability.

- Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.

- Responsible for enquiry review, order review & order acceptance.

- Close update on competitor activity.

- Up to date knowledge of market trends, and customer developments.

- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue flow.

- Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.

- Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products, profitability, improving presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.

- Responsible for taking customer satisfaction.
