Role Definition:
- Responsible for driving results, sales innovation & people management.
- Responsible for revenue of business for the region.
- Responsible for achieving product wise sales target.
- Strong relationship with SI/VAR partners to drive repeat business with the customer.
- Domain knowledge of IT Distribution business.
- Business Development from VAR & SI & Channel Management
- Builds relationship with VAR & SI channel partners, identification of new locations on the business map and enables revenue growth of existing partners.
- Funnel Management
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets.
- Market Share
- Increase the Regional Market share of distributed products
- Financial Management
- Achieves year on year growth for the region and manages account reconciliation for partners
- Sales Management
- Product wise revenue targets.
- Analyzing market trends and reporting new trends to HO
- Partner & customer satisfaction
- Develop strong business relations with the channel partners to ensure continued business support from them.
- Develop and maintain excellent partner relationship. Leverages Networks
- Ensure all partner commitments are kept up.
- Ensure sales stock availability at a defined point in time.
- Timely addressing & resolution of issues
- Partners are kept well informed of on – going plans, partner Situation etc
