Brief of role and responsibilities:
Job Profile :
1. Incumbent will be responsible for Managing Direct Customer sales for range of Payment Solution & Products – NFC, EFT POS terminals, ATM’s, Mobile banking Platforms. Retail banking Solutions, Micro Banking, Finance solutions to Retailers, Loyalty solutions & CRM.
2. Exposure for Key Account management.
3. Should have some level of exposure to Channel Management - Develop new Channel Partner relationships, maintain and improve existing relationships and pursue new potential markets as well in specified region and territories.
4. Assist in the development of the appropriate sales & marketing programs, performance analysis and the design and implementation of the business processes.
5. Develop and execute sales plan.
6. Must have Handled Top Retail Corporate and Top Bankers of the region directly.
Must Have Skills/Knowledge:
1. Key Account and Direct Management Skills.
2. Know how of creating business plan, financial plan and business case for both customer and NEC for the proposed solution
3. Should have strong knowledge in various solutions of Retail- BI, CRM, W/House Management, Pos billing software, Retail specific ERP’s, Barcoding
