Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for mobile devices
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure maximum performance and productivity
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the mobile device industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns to support sales efforts
- Develop and maintain knowledge of mobile device industry trends, competitors, and best practices
- Manage the sales budget and ensure sales expenses are within budgeted limits
- Attend trade shows and conferences to network and keep abreast of industry developments
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile device industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the mobile device industry, competitors, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
