About our Client - Our client is a leading American luxury brand with strong leadership in clothing and accessories segment. With a huge global footprint, the focus area of our client is now their India business and they are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager for West to manage retail operations for company exclusive stores
Job Description - Reporting in to India Head, the incumbent will be responsible to:
- Increase sales and market share in the region
- Define and manage the sales budget, increase turnover and productivity at each point of sale, manage operating income, cash flow and market share
- Liaison with marketing teams to ensure marketing support to the region, plan and implement mass marketing as well as POS initiatives to grow the brand
- Define commercial strategies with management to achieve commercial success
- Define and implement pricing, product assortment, incentive and rebate program
- Improve brand exposure and visual merchandising at POS
The Successful Candidate - You have atleast 5 years of sales management with leading fashion brands and have a passion towards retail sales industry. You understand luxury space well and have good knowledge of usage of visual merchandising. You are self motivated, self driven and can lead a team of high caliber individuals
