About the Company:

Our client is a leading player in the electrical industry, specializing in high-performance wires and cables for residential, industrial, and renewable energy sectors.

Position Summary:

As the Key Account Manager for the Wind and Solar sector, you will manage client relationships, drive business growth, and enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with current key accounts in the Wind and Solar sector.

- Identify and develop relationships with new accounts to expand market presence.

- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including proposal preparation and negotiation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

- Participate in industry events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

- Manage product approvals from regulatory bodies to support sales growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 8-12 years of key account management experience, preferably in the Wind and Solar sector.

- Deep understanding of Wind industry and Solar industry dynamics, market drivers, and regulatory environment.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders effectively.
