Experience
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant sales experience (BFSI domain – IT product/service/solution sales)
- New business development
- Account management and mining
- Managing regions – West & North
- Identify potential prospects in Banks, Financial services (NBFC’s) and Insurance
- Carry targets for number of new accounts to be opened, Sales from the regions, revenue management and collections
- Individual contributor
- Extensive Hunter role
- Build and manage relationships at CXO level
- Should be able to give first level of product demonstration
