Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Strategy for Sales Team
- Overall responsibility for strategy planning and development of the business in the assigned territory
- Responsible for the execution of the team’s strategy and plans to achieve growth, in line with the vision of the company
- Directly accountable for profitability and growth of the assigned accounts in the territory
Sales Performance
- Oversee the long term sales direction and strategy in the assigned territory
- Perform market segmentation and develop a Go-To-Market Sales Plan
- Develop focused Strategic Account Plan
- Develop joint Account Plans for startegic accounts
- Develop plans to build opportunities pipeline (to exceed 4 x order-to-go-target by mid-year)
Sales Achievement: Achieve delivery of committed sales targets through active participation in reviewing sales opportunities, in networking with potential customer’s senior management members and in driving the closure of the deals.
- Develop the Sales team into a dynamic force with the necessary training and tools to support the business
- Prioritize sales opportunities and execution of delivery
- Leverage opportunities with key partners such as Silicomp, Etrali
People and Teaming: Working with Regional Manager/ Head of Sales for Specific Territory and Global Sales Team to build a successful sales team in the assigned territory

- Generate collaborative relationships with large A-End Account and French Large Account Owners, in order to drive growth of Global accounts through excellent global teaming
Education And Experience Requirements
- 5 – 10 years of sales and operations experience with strong business and finance acumen
- Strong leadership skills, Results driver, Excellent sales and organizational skills
- A record of strong performance in sales revenue generation, consistently exceeding goals
- Understanding of network and network related services market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or MBA
