Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve Sales Volume domestic for the assigned region as per defined annual operating plan.
- Acquisition of new customers for Inks & Adhesive business.
- Increase sales from Existing customers.
- Map key competitors products which are being sold in the market against client's most sellable Inks & Adhesive, for developing USP.
- Market mapping to identify distribution gaps in the domestic market. Appoint new distributors.
- Develop the new customers for Ink & Adhesive
- Market mapping of the competitive products, identification of the new product and development of the new products through R&D.
- Provide technical services to the customers and rectify technical problems in consultation with sales and R&D within defined timelines.
- Push to move customers from secondary to primary through customer retention and product differentiation.
- Organize customer meet to build relationship and create awareness of the product range
Educational Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Should have 7-12 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Ink & Adhesive manufacturing Industries
