Only candidates with experience in Industrial printer and Production printer will be considered.

2. Dept./ Division:Office Automation Solutions
3. Reporting to:Group Manager - Sales
4. Supervise:Industrial Printing Sales and Solutions.
5. Scope of work / Limitations:
Managing Sales of Professional Pre-press and production printing, Support Sales Force in production sales - Training for new products and solutions - Applications Design.
6. Objective / Purpose:
- Achieve Sales Target in Industrial Printing and Pre-press Products
- Develop new solutions and products and solutions into our portfolio
- Develop the new strategy for industrial printing sales in B2B and Government.
7. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Approach potential customers for Industrial printing and Digital Press Solutions
- Conduct presentation to Senior management for new workflow through our solutions
- Receive leads from sales team - office - to Industrial printing potential customers
- Train the Sales force for Industrial printing techniques and sales process
- Coordinate with Technical Manager for configurations consultancy
- Sales of wide format printer
- Arrange road shows with potential vertical line customers
7.1 Direct Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing of Industrial Printing and Pre-press and enlarge the market segment in all sectors.
7.2 Indirect Responsibilities:
- Advise for best system configurations and solutions to be ordered and launched.
- Provide consultancy for all industrial printing,high volume solutions.
7.3 Special / Additional Responsibilities:
- Appoint new vendors for hardware and software solutions
- Supervise large format products, ordering of consumables and spare parts
7.4 Reports Submissions:
- Business Plan
- Prospects reports
- Leads for Industrial Printing
8. Authorities
N/A
8.1 Special Authorities:
Ordering Large Format Printers and its consumables and necessary sales tools(brochures and samples)
8.2 Signatory Authorities
Authorized signatory on behalf of the company for selected projects in Ministry and B2B after approval from the GM - Sales.
9. Interaction:
9.1 Interaction with other Dev. / Dep.:
Within Al Mulla Group:
- Interact and communicate with all Division heads and Department managers.
- Interact and communicate with Executive management team.
9.2 Interaction with External parties:
- International Third party suppliers of Software and Hardware
- Local third party local vendors
- Regional office for Konica Minolta and Sharp in technical issues and technical updates
10. Tools and Equipment- s:
Company laptop,Company Car,
11. Recommended Qualification:
11.1 Education:
- University Degree- Engineering or Equivalent Experience
- Industrial printing and Graphics design education or equivalent experience/training
- MBA with Business Development - preferred.
11.2 Experience
5 + year's full time experience in Production printing and Digital Press Sales and Software Consultancy.
11.3 Skills:
- Presentable
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Ability to address and negotiate to high end customers and top management
- Knowledge and skills to conduct presentation to senior and executive level
- Superior leadership qualities.
