Sales Manager
- A professional qualification like CFA, CFP, CPA or JD.
- Knowledge in SaaS is beneficial.
- Establish relations with HNI / UHNI clients.
- Effectively manage the sales process and sales forecast, overseeing successful execution of sales plays consistent with the sales process
- Forecast, formulate and execute the sales strategies, policies and procedures based on monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reports.
- Leverage extended sales team resources to execute account strategies, driving high-impact business
- Develop relationships at the CXO, Director, VP and Sr. VP level with clients and partners, ensuring the establishment of long-term and productive strategic relationships
- Hire, train, coach, and regularly review a winning and effective sales team
- Meet or exceed overall individual and team sales goals and quotas
- The ideal candidate will have extensive industry-related sales experience and at least 5 years of sales management experience.
- The Sales Manager will be a team player committed to building relationships with HNI / UHNI clients and understand how to position the company within a competitive landscape
