ABOUT THE ROLE:
- This role is with a leading integrated Realty Business Group. It is involved in redevelopment, infrastructure and construction management projects of various sizes. They are looking to hire a Sales Manager for their Delhi office. The company would be targetting HNI / Long Term investors for its projects and is looking at real estate / private banking / wealth management professionals who have exposure to both the HNI / Long Term investor segment and real estate. The role would be 70% sales and 30% marketing where the individual would be responsible for closing the deals and also in helping create events / activities that would start lead generation too.
LOCATION:
- The position is for Delhi office but would require travelling - primarily to Maharashtra and to investors in near by North Region markets e.g. Chandigarh.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- They are looking for individuals with proven sales track record in the desired segment. Preference would be given to candidates who have demonstrated at least college / university level achievements in either of these fields: academcis, sports, music, theatre. MBA from a good business school will be a sure advantage.
COMPENSATION:
- A very attractive compensation which will be a combination of salary and a highly attractive incentive structure. The fixed salary may range anywhere between 12 lacs and 18 lacs per annum.
TEAM AND REPORTING LINE:
- The Delhi office would be the sales and marketing office and the project teams are based in Maharashtra. The role would be fairly entrepreneurial and if the Delhi team is able to convince the Head Office of its capabilities and results, there is no limit for the growth of the individual and the company in this area.
The person would be reporting to Head, North India.
