Objective:

The Sales Manager Healthcare Vertical role is to help grow healthcare revenue growth across the India sales organization. This position will be dedicated to healthcare focused strategic selling and will be expected to drive opportunity development, pipeline, forecasts, bookings, revenues, and broader solution portfolios resulting in shorter sales cycles, improved close ratio's, increased share of wallet, and enhanced selling competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing healthcare sales enablement to all solutions offerings- Records Management, Data Management, Information Governance Digital Solutions, and more

- Responsible for healthcare opportunity pursuit management- coaching, account planning, meetings, strategy, objection handling, negotiation, presentations, business cases, etc.

- Direct involvement in driving top healthcare opportunities - in market presence, customer calls, lead generation, campaign development, regional shows/events in the collaboration with the sales team and Director

- Required to ensure ongoing healthcare opportunity Salesforce hygiene and forecast accuracy - account set up, opportunity definition, account planning, activities management, customer verifiers, forecast stage alignment, book date accuracy, etc.

- Direct assistance in opportunity development activities - prospecting, seminars, lead follow up, regional trade shows, and other event's

- Positions and illustrates alternative ways of creating the real value of the company's Digital solution offerings for customers through assessing their problems or opportunities and highlighting company's areas of strength, competitive pricing, customer satisfaction and competitive advantages within each existing and net new accounts.

- This position will proactively collaborate with the regional RIM (Records Information Management) Sales and Account teams to identify and support digital opportunities from existing customer base

- As a team member, he/she will deliver success through a consultative, value-based selling approach and work with the Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to understand the customers use case and benefits to be delivered within the Digital Solutions portfolio.

- Responsible for pipeline development and bookings within your respective territory and/or assigned account portfolio

Business Expertise:

- Experience in Selling to Healthcare Industry in a B2B technology environment; including (Hospital, Outpatient/Physician Groups, Residential/Home Health)

- A track record of high performance in sales roles with around 7 to 12+ years solution selling

- Open to traveling up to 75%-80%, depending on territory

- Must have exp in digital solutions sales, technology sales experience and positioning BPM across large, complex accounts, with a proven record of accomplishment
