We are looking for experienced sales professionals from Healthcare Industry who has experience of selling Healthcare/Capital Equipment's to Large Multispecialty Hospitals, Clinics, Labs etc. Candidates from Financial Institutes who have similar experience in Healthcare Equipment Leasing/Financing can also apply.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads of medical equipment financing from business partners/OEMs & direct customers ( Hospitals , Diagnostics , Lab and Doctors) to meet business targets for the region.
2. Pitch Loan, Leases and Sale & lease back solutions to Healthcare facilities as per their equipment procurement requirement
3. Sales Planning - Draw strategies, prepare offers, comparatives & make presentations to actively pursue financing of medical equipment
4. Working Closely with OEM partners / Dealers and franchises and identifying opportunity of financing
5. Manage sales pipeline, report forecast monthly sales pipeline , and identify new business opportunities with clients and OEM
6. Stay abreast with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
7. Monitoring of clients from a collections perspective and compliances along with the relevant teams. To work in coordination with channel partners and support them in closing the deals.
8. To understand clients financials and see if it fits into our credit policies and ensure responsible lending To coordinate with Credit and operations on disbursements and Deal decisions
Experience/Skillset/Knowledge
1. Experience - 5+ years in sales
2. Good experience of managing people and partners in a regional set up
3. Handled key/high volume customers in the given geography.
4. Good command on Excel
5. Good network with OEM's and Healthcare clients
6. Locations: Kolkata & Hyderabad (1 for each location)
