Business negotiation experience from start to signature

Responsible for business development and sales of ESN Product offerings in Cloud and on-premise

Be responsible for hands-on closing of new accounts and meeting revenue generation goals.

Work with Product Management team to arrive at go to market strategy by region for ESN product

Grow the company presence and reach in the ESN space in various markets that would be measured by the growth in sales

Be a hands-on manager and drive the company's sales efforts and execute them in collaboration with the India based sales and engineering presales teams. The activities performed in this scope are prospecting for new business, detailed qualification of sales opportunities, management of the sales cycle, and negotiation of contracts and agreements.

Work with India based sales team to create, qualify, develop & manage a healthy sales pipeline of opportunities - Develop and implement sales strategies keeping short and long term goals in perspective

Operate with limited guidance in a complex environment and broad geographies

Preferred candidate will be with exposure to Sales of ESN products (like from IBM Connections, Microsoft Yammer, Jive, Skype, Salesforce, microfocus, Cisco Jabber,Atlassian confluence, Slack)etc
