Haldyn Glass Limited (HGL) incorporated in 1991, in the state of Gujarat, India. Haldyn Corporation Limited is a closely held company engaged in manufacture of Soda Lime Flint & Amber Glass containers since 1964.

Our current set of domestic customers include United Spirits Ltd., Pernod Ricard, Bajaj Sevashram, etc. We currently export approx 10 to 12 pc of our capacity to East Africa and Middle East.

We have recently diversified into manufacture of cosmetic and perfume bottles mainly for the export market through a 50:50 Joint venture with Heinz Glass of Germany, one of the the worlds leading players in manufacture of cosmetics and perfume bottles.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing :

Responsible for sales as per target and generating revenue

Provides quality leadership for Haldyn's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Haldyn Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements.

Achieves the Region's revenue and profitability quotas for Haldyn products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region.

Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer

Team Management :

Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

Leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.

- Sales Planning

Threshold Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in any stream or business (preferred) and three years sales management experience with consumer durable products; OR, Associates Degree in above mention fields of study supported by 5 years of sales experience.

Behavioral Competencies:

Strong closing skills.

Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
