SALES MANAGER --- FMCG PERSONAL CARE - WEST ZONE
Job responsibilities:
- Delivering on company’s sales targets & business plan
- Planning monthly and weekly sales targets for each SE,distributor town and salesman
- Appointing new distributors and maintain relationships with current distributors
- Analysis of sales trends to ensure developmental activity for holistic growth in my area
- Ensuring implementation of sales hygiene and overall brand-wise growth in the territory
- Planning stock availability in the face of severe shortages of many brands, to maximize sales value
- Streamlining process of distribution of goods from CFA to distributors
- Recruiting sales executives, pilot representatives and salesmen
- Managing and motivating a team of sales officers to enhance distribution and deliver sales targets
- Ensuring field discipline amongst the entire sales force
- Preparing appraisals for sales executives
- Managing a Value Buisness of 150 cr P.A
