Regional Sales Manager - FMCG Industry - 4 - 7yrs

Looking for Candidates from reputed institute and FMCG Industry only.

Qualification: MBA/ PGDM from IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, IIM K ,XLRI, FMS, NITIE OR JBIMS Only (2006-2008 batch preferred).

Experience: 4+ years of post qualification experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Coaching and training the team in sales, handling of distributors and product knowledge

- Driving visibility and trade spends in the region.

- Handling trade marketing budget.

- Category Management, taking business development initiatives through extensive liaisons with customer, channel partners and various business functions, ensuring superlative 4P execution, ensuring responsiveness against counter attack of competition to increase market share.

- Sales Planning, Sales in Retail and Wholesale Channel, Manage a team of Sales officers, New Product Launch, Manage Trade Programs, Manage Trade Inputs
