Job Purpose:
Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables
Principal Accountabilities:
1. B2C Sales - channel sales in an open distribution model.
2. Sales and distribution for cluster (more than 1 state).
3. Achieve primary and secondary sales targets, category and share objectives.
4. Plan and execute local trade marketing programs.
5. Deliver numeric distribution objectives for direct and indirect distribution.
6. Manage customer payments and debtor objectives.
7. Manage a team of Sales Executives and Salesforce (10-15 company employees) through resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery.
8. Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.
Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required:
- MBA from premier institute. Graduation from any discipline
- At least 4 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with team management & customer management skills
- Experience with reputed B2C companies in leadership positions in their segments
- Industry preference FMCG/Foods/Paints/Lubes/Tyres/Consumer durables
