Sales Planning & Implementation
- Develop and implement the CSD and Institutional sales plan to achieve the annual sales strategy
- Lead all initiatives aimed at coordinating with CSD/CPC/INCS HO and institution customers
- Drive interventions and trade loads or consumer promos aimed at effective consumer engagement and delight at CSD canteens / Institutional customers in alignment with brand teams
- Own and manage the channel objectives for all channel (CSD/INCS/CPC & OOH) and spend budgets as defined by trade marketing team
- Partner with SOs and 3rd party resources to enable visibility, distribution and displays across all retailers
- Drive initiatives which enhance sales force productivity and performance
Expanding channel reach & Account reconciliation
- Define the channel distribution expansion roadmap jointly with the DGM and drive execution through close coordination with sales team
- Drive the expansion of the Hershey direct coverage footprint across CSD canteens through local supply model
- Scoping /Developing new chains in OOH channel in collaboration with other functions (Marketing , Finance)
- Facilitate the ordering, fulfilment, outreach and activation in all unit and local canteens
- Collaborating with internal team for quarterly account reconciliation (Commercial). Create and publish forecasts for all the channel (with supply chain)
Production Planning & SKU Management
- Deliver impactful new product launch execution including sales and visibility deliverables
- Partner with R&D and brand teams on channel specific SKUs
- Align with sales team and production team to achieve orders which meet minimum economic quantity to ensure volumes adequate for production orders expected from all channels.
- Personal Capability Development
- Responsible and committed for the training and development plan for self
- Be the 'owner' for continuous growth under the supervision of the Head - CCI & OOH Channel
