- Review, analysis and planning for sale of all product line.
- Expansion and improvement of the sales and distribution network.
- Managing relationships with Distributors including their appointment, evaluation and termination.
- Handling promotions, trade and retail budgets, stock, claim settlements, Receivables management
- Planning and execution of contests, incentive schemes for Distributors, Field Force, Wholesalers and Retailers.
- Increasing visibility on the ground – using promotional material for visibility scale up and use by the marketing department for brand launches.
