- Entrepreneurial attitude and results-driven
- Candidates with good networking skills and ability to deal with decision makers, Vice President- s, COO- s, CEO's or Directors. Ability to convince and convey.
- Ability to understand processes and then suggest or propose solutions and leverage the connect to add on to the business.
- Experience in a tech, business intelligence or consultancy/advisory firm is a preferred as well as experience with large scale change management, transformation programs are big pluses.
