Digital Sales Manager
Based with a reputed Bank in Gurgaon.
- Bank has Responsive Innovation at the core of its customer offering. With the changing dynamics of the Digital World, the Digital Banking team is evolving to offer differentiated product and customer experience for Customer Acquisition.
- Drive the creation of Online Banking and Wealth Products like Mutual Funds, Insurance etc. and drive their usage
- Drive the P&L for these products through New to Bank customers and Cross Sell initiatives through Owned as well as Paid Media
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Drive customer acquisition for Liabilities, Assets and Investments products through the Digital Channels by managing the Lead funnel efficiency through various stakeholders across the Digital banking platform
- Will be responsible for P&L of the Products Sold Online - including exclusive online as well as Offline Products
- Understand the dynamics of the customer needs is the Online financial market and lead launch of innovative and relevant products for the customers
- Explore strategic Tie-Ups and Partnerships for Online Sales by building an Online Eco-System
Requirements :
- Relevant 3-5 years- experience of working as Product Manager in Digital Banking/ Other e-Commerce Sites
- Understanding of the Digital Sales platform including the Lead Funnels, Customer Life cycle Value etc.
- Should have managed Online Products P&L
- MBA from Tier 1 B-School
