- Develop long-term strategies and shorter term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
- Need to develop relationships across all aspects of the business including Customers, Vendors, and Operations and Internally with the different geographical team
- Ability to develop a business completely independently and leverage broad portfolio of products / solutions.

- Strong understanding of overall Data Center and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Demonstrated experience working with Sales organizations and technical teams.
- Experience with developing budgets and predicting project costs.
- A demonstrated ability to manage professional level employees.
Education & Experience:
- Experience in selling Datacenter products like servers, storage, DCIM, connectivity, Infrastructure, Networking Solutions etc.
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent experience is required. A Master of Science Degree in Engineering & MBA.
