Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics (Middle Management)
a) Key Objectives
1. Identify retail channel partners for distribution of products in the designated geographies
2. Negotiate terms and sign partnerships with these retail channel partners
3. To ensure placement of products in the retail channels
4. Keep a track of product movement from the retail channels
5. Carry out product promotion events at the channel and outside the channel
6. Identify and appoint distributors for products in the designated geographies
7. Monitor distributor performance for investments, deliverables, billing and collections
b) Major Deliverables
1. Appointment of agreed no. of distributors for the designated geography
2. Appointment and placement of the products in agreed no. of retail outlets in the designated geography
3. Sales volumes and revenue
4. No. of promotional events with impact assessment
5. Health of distributors - volumes and receivables
6. Product visibility
