Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ceramic industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the ceramic industry.
- Understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ceramic products, including their features, specifications, and applications.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and advantages to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to showcase our ceramic products to clients.
- Highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively influence purchase decisions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Close sales deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to track progress against targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales within the ceramic industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
