Sales Manager (Business Development)
Location Gurugram, Haryana
Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation, preferably in B. Tech., B.Sc. or MBA from top institute.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals.
- Forecast sales targets and target achievement by the team.
- Assess performance results and adjust the sales program accordingly.
- Relay information about and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Generate reports on the team's input metrics, revenue generated and overall performance.
- Provide daily report of sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.
- Build and execute processes and sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; adapt to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
