- Prospecting for new AIFs & PMS. Sources would be published databases, referrals from existing clients.
- Articulate the organization's value proposition with presentations to the Client - both in the area of Investor Servicing/Client On-boarding and Fund Accounting
- Periodically meet existing customers, understand and address service issues and grievances when and where in arises.
- Meet leading intermediaries selling AIFs and build relationships.
- Customer delight, managing and nurturing existing relationships
- Take feedback from clients to enhance in-house Fund Accounting module
- Constantly be on the lookout for new opportunities and areas to service in order to increase existing service basket / offerings
- Meet given profitability and revenue targets
