Sales Manager (B2B - Plastics Adhesives)
- Understanding customer s requirement acquiring new customers through search engines, references etc. to increase sales volume.
- Arranging meetings with potential customers with an objective of generating new business.
- Providing trials as per the requirement ensuring customer satisfaction for their retention.
- Reactivating the ex-customers.
- Negotiating on price costs, making accurate rapid cost calculations.
- Liaise with company s existing customers.
- Daily reporting in terms of customer visits, collections payment follow ups.
Qualification And Experience:
1) 5+ years of experience in selling additives, adhesives, master batches, machinery, chemicals, or any other industrial product. & must be able to conduct technical seminars.
2) Must have experience of dealer management and OEM.
3) Strong Communication & Negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
4) Should have good Networking and presentation skills.
