Sales Manager-B2B sales

- Purpose of the Job

- The key tasks are the development and growth of sales and the market and relationship development with customers, with the aim of volume, turnover, profit and market share success. Ensures effective functioning of Sales with regard to proper processing customers- orders, correct commercial documentation handling in daily business activities.

Key Accountabilities

- Visits existing and new customers for business reviews, negotiations and product presentations/degustations

- Searches and prepares market data as well as internal business data for customer visits

- Maintains and develops contacts with current customers.

- Calculates sales prices for the customers.

- Accepts customer orders for fruit preps and places them at production in due manner.

- Enters and timely updates data concerning customers, products portfolio, prices, terms of deliveries and payment, sales forecasts in related databases.

- Communicates with the customers with regard to terms of deliveries, sending off and receiving commercial documentation.

- Monitors timeliness and accuracy of order processing.

- Prepares regular reports, compares regularly actual sales with sales plans/budget and alerts the Superior to the deviation.

- Prepares commercial and reporting documentation, follows up the outstanding invoices.

- Fundamental Requirements

- Education / Training:

- University degree/Economics/ Food Engineering or relevant

- Know-how / Professional Experience:

- PC literacy (MS Office);

- min. 2-5 years experience in sales/customer service in Food Industry

- Good Communication and Organization skills

- Languages:

- fluent English (incl. business English, commercial terminology, food industry terminology)
