Job Description - Reporting into the Manager Director and Country Manager - South Asia you will be responsible for Form alliances with Agrochemicals companies for Agrinos's High Yield Technology Products

- Form alliances with companies which have backward integrated crop growing for their products

- Achieve the sales target of the company through National Distributors

- Work with National Distributors field team to achieve the product on ground sales and to convince them on Agrinos product merits

- Implement Company's marketing plans, communication plan, promotional plans and yearly tactic action plans

- Arrange to share the findings of in-house trial data, circulate and utilize for development activities of Partners and National distributors

The Successful Candidate - You should have a Bachelors or Masters in Science with MBA from a reputed institute. You should have over 10 years of strong experience in B2B sales dealing with agricultural/agro-commodities /Food companies. You should have strong leadership skills coupled with strong commercial acumen. Agriculture crop science background would be preferred. You should have ability to work in a cross functional environment and strong adherence to sales targets.
