Designation: Sales Manager - B2B & B2C
Role:
- Take the leadership role in managing the division from both a P&L and brand perspective.
- The role is expected to develop the business plan matching the goals of the current organisation and manage, build and guide the team to reach the business plan target.
- Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition.
Job Description:
- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
- Maintains team results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develops team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develop business and contribute in increasing revenue, market share of the Company.
- Keep track of competition, make commercial charts and maintain client data base.
- Maintain knowledge of various destinations / products.
- Responsible for Man-management activities.
- Ensure provision of good customer service to all clients & customers.
- Responsible for business development
- Responsible for Sales & operations for entire region.
