Manager Sales
Job Description:
1. Establish and implement various marketing strategies.
2. Establish and implement all management information system (MIS) reports to Director.
3. Handle the marketing and sales team for domestic and international business.
4. Identify marketing region in international and domestic markets and develop sales team for each region.
5. Development of annual marketing and sales plan and budget for each region.
6. Set and ensure achievement of the periodic sales, net realization and collection targets for each region.
7. Monitor various Tender's floated by government companies and submit properand timely bids for winning tender.
8. Identify and setup sales office in various region. Develop and manage distributors and dealers in various regions.
9. Identify and develop new customer, new products and new markets.
10. Gather market research information about customers, pricing, competition, demand and others for existing product and new products.
11. Develop and monitor various transportation and logistics agencies.
12. Ensure proper compliance of export regulations and timely claim of export benefits.
13. Ensure timely pay met from customers for managing cash flow.
14. Ensure timely and correct documentation for letter of credit negotiation and acceptance.
15. Coordinate with production and logistics team for timely execution of orders.
16. Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring right product quality and timely deliveries.
17. Attend and resolve customer grievance in coordination with sales, quality and production teams.
18. Take timely and proper customer feedback and opinions to continuously improve various functions.

Location: Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka (India)
