- Identify and analyze sales opportunities in existing and in Domestic and Global market
- Complete responsibility to deliver sales revenue targets for strategic product lines
- Positioning products and competitors analysis in the minds of local key customers as a high-quality supplier of active ingredients
- Develop of new customers and participate to the branding of the products in the region.
- Examine finished goods and current industry trade information to identify emerging trends and unoccupied market niches.
- Manage design team to promote company awareness using tools such as product brochures, newsletters, website and trade show materials.
- Write product technical literature and conceptual pieces for general distribution.
- Interface with applications chemists to develop and manage formularies used to demonstrate how raw materials can be incorporated into finished products.
Requirements :
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years work experience in ACTIVE INGREDIENTS / Speciality Chemicals / Fine Chemicals - used to produce Consumer or Cosmetic products
- Detailed know-how on active ingredient market
- Detailed know-how on technical training and local events preparation
- Self-starter with high energy level delivering in highly competitive markets
- Strong customer orientation in delivering value to customers.
