Requirement :
- Must have experience working in Facility Management & Hospitality industry.-
- Develop new business relationships, and generate and identify new contracts for the Facility Management & Hospitality vertical.
- Making business plans, customized presentations & proposals.
- Conduct site surveys along with the operations team.
- Must be capable of analyzing the latest trends of the market across the industry to develop sales strategies and sustain the existing ones.
- Strong Networking with local clients in the Region
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing large-value deals with B2B clients.
- Strong team bonding skills.
QUALIFICATION : MBA, any postgraduate with relevant experience
