We are looking candidates for Sales Management's role with one of our client in stock broking industry based out of Mumbai.
Minimum Experience : 5+yrs.
Role:
Sales Engagement Plan:
- Actively engage (through Sales Facing portal, concalls and emails) with the Sales Team to drive efficiency across parameters
- Design enablers for the sales team in the form of contest, R&R, actionable MIS etc.
- Gather ground level feedback and implement necessary changes for smooth working of the Sales team
- Design communication in the form of e-mailers, FAQs, process notes etc. for sales team.
Project Management:
- Taking up time-bound projects on an ongoing basis
- Identify performance gaps and initiate projects to implement solutions
- Identify gaps and execute solutions in any of the existing Sales facing applications like - Lead Management, Inventory Management, Form Tracking etc.
Process Management:
- End-to end ownership of sales processes right from lead generation to trade activation
- Process - Designing, Modification & Implementation with clearly defined measurement metrics to establish better processes across
- Ensure smooth launch of process / new initiatives involving the sales team.
