Essential Skills:
1. B.E./B.Sc and MBA ( from Tier 1/2/3 MBA college, MBA in Marketing) with a minimum prior work experience of 8-10 years.
2. Background in Sales and Marketing.
3. Prior experience in customer facing roles / sales roles in Technology or Consulting firms and exposure to sales lifecycle.
4. Prior experience in handling customer visits in Technology or Consulting services companies.
5. Structured and diligent approach, positive and flexible attitude with an amiable personality.
6. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
7. Medium level knowledge/knowhow of RESOURCES industries, digital technologies / NEW IT and software development Lifecycle.
8. Ability to connect with senior internal stakeholders, client personnel and ecosystem partners.
9. Ability to run client workshops - eg: DT workshops.
10. Good MS PowerPoint & MS Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Review GOLD and PLATINUM client visit agenda and ensure alignment of content and messaging to client visit objective to maximize outcomes
2. Provide leadership briefing on key client visits
3. Play the role of visit anchor and be the story teller/ presenter for one or more sessions
4. Discuss client issues and coordinate discussion towards a solution during client visits
5. Plan and execute continuous improvement activities towards improving customer visit experience
6. Drive initiatives and activities leading to origination
7. Run DT sessions for clients during client visits
8. Enable feedback loop to drive asset refresh, and improved story-telling
9. Drive co-innovation with eco-system partners
10. Discuss and understand visit context from Delivery and Client Account leaders and prepare visit agenda
11. Advise on appropriate topics, speakers and showcases and formats for the visit agenda enabling origination
12. Connect with story tellers across the organization, provide visit briefing and guidance on story telling specific to the visit
13. Play the role of visit anchor and be the story teller/ presenter for one or more sessions especially when CVE or Del MD is not present/participating in a client visit
14. Prepare visit related documentation
15. Provide guidance/ leadership support for other junior team members on visit planning and related activities
16. Drive client visits related data analysis and reporting
