- Smart, determined and result-oriented Sales personnel.
- Determines and chases annual Sales and Gross-Margin plans.
- Ability to forecast and develop opportunities with customer connects for existing and new products.
- Maintains Sales Funnel and make strategic and concrete effort to increase the funnel volume MOM basis.
- Keeps informed on changing trends and competitors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Sales Manager /Senior Sales Manager Skills:

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- MBA preferred but not a criteria for any deserving candidate .
- Eight to Ten years of experience for Sales Manager
- Ten to Twelve years of sales experience for Senior Sales Manager
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
- Experience in dealing with Government Defence, Para -Defence and Federal Agencies/Forces.
- Four to Six Years Workex with System Integration Companies/OEM is desirable.
- Open to travel & meet customers is a pre-requisite.
